FAQ

I typically ship same day / next day from Monday - Friday except on banking days and holidays. My ship location is from Edmonton / Alberta in Canada.

➽ SHIPPING:
♥ all covers, bookmarks and dashboards will be packed in a waterproof baggie and shipped in a flat envelope
♥ ALL orders ship with a tracking number taking the guess work out
♥Ship Location: Edmonton / Canada with Canada Post
♥ I have NO influence on the shipping once it leaves my hands and is handed over to the shipping carrier

➽ SHIPPING TIME:
♥ within Canada: allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive
♥ to US: allow 4-10 business days for your order to arrive
♥ sometimes shipping times CAN vary so please allow EXTRA days

**Import Fees and Duties are responsibility of the customer

All planner bookmarks, covers and dashboards are made by me in my little studio. They are carefully printed, laminated, hole punched and lovingly shipped from my hands to yours.
