Shipping & Processing
I typically ship orders within 2–6 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
All items are made and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Shipping Details
Planner covers, bookmarks, and dashboards are packaged in a protective waterproof sleeve and shipped in a flat mailer to prevent bending.
All orders ship with tracking included, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping is handled via Canada Post/ChitChat. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of my control.
Estimated Delivery Times

Within Canada: approximately 2–7 business days

To the United States: approximately 4–10 business days
Shipping times may occasionally vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

United States orders ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
This means no additional customs fees or duties are due upon delivery. -
All other international orders: any applicable import fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All planner covers, bookmarks, and dashboards are designed, printed, laminated, and hole-punched by me in my small studio.
Each order is carefully prepared with attention to detail before being packaged and shipped.

Digital products are delivered as instant downloads and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
