Shipping & Processing

I typically ship orders within 2–6 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

All items are made and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Shipping Details

Planner covers, bookmarks, and dashboards are packaged in a protective waterproof sleeve and shipped in a flat mailer to prevent bending.

U.S. physical orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning no additional customs charges are due upon delivery.

All orders ship with tracking included, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping is handled through trusted postal carriers with tracking included.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Canada: approximately 2–7 business days

  • To the United States: approximately 4–10 business days

Shipping times may occasionally vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the postal carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • United States orders ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
    This means no additional customs fees or duties are due upon delivery.

  • All other international orders: any applicable import fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All planner covers, bookmarks, and dashboards are designed, printed, laminated, and hole-punched by me in my small studio.

Each order is carefully prepared with attention to detail before being packaged and shipped.

Digital Items

Digital products are available as instant downloads immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless there is a defect or error on my part.

How do I know if I'm purchasing a physical or digital item?

Every product clearly states wether it is a physical handmade item or an instant digital download in both the product title and description. If you're ever unsure, feel free to contact me before placing your order.
