How will I receive my files?
Most Everpage products are delivered as instant downloads immediately after purchase.
Some larger products, such as sticker kits and larger bundles, are delivered through a secure Google Drive link included in your download. This helps ensure you receive the highest-quality files without file size limitations.
How many times can I download my files?
You may download your files as many times as needed for your personal use.
For products delivered through Google Drive, I recommend saving a copy to your device after purchase for easy access in the future.
Can I print my purchase more than once?
Absolutely.
Your purchase is yours to enjoy and print as many times as you'd like for your own personal use. Whether you're replacing a favorite cover, refreshing your planner setup, or starting a brand-new planner, you're welcome to print your files again whenever needed.
What paper should I use?
Paper choice is completely up to you and depends on the look and feel you'd like to achieve.
Many customers enjoy printing on premium presentation paper, cardstock, photo paper, or specialty papers designed for planner accessories.
Are your products for personal use only?
Yes.
All Everpage designs are for personal use only. Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, altered for resale, or used commercially.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be offered once files have been accessed or downloaded.
